The Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) created a Working Group to determine whether special protections for the names of certain IGOs and INGOs including the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement and International Olympic Committee should be provided at the top and/or second levels in all gTLDs. In addition to hosting a F2F WG meeting, the Working Group is expected to discuss the public comment forum on its Initial Report, and further its discussions on policy recommendations for consideration by the GNSO Council.
